• Professionalism:
Luv My Sitter is a professional pet care company. Our clients know that they are trusting their loved ones and their homes to a well-established, experienced, qualified, insured and bonded business. We have a full-time office staff that is always available to help our clients, as well as speak with anyone who is interested in designing a pet care plan of their own. We are members of Pet Sitters International, The National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and are Certified Fear Free.

• Reasonable and Competitive Rates:
We understand that owning and taking care of a pet is a large investment, so we make our services affordable and competitive. We offer an assortment of services at many different price points to accommodate all pet care budgets.

• Customized Services:
We realize that no two homes or two pets are exactly alike, so we offer a wide variety of services to precisely fit your needs. You will tailor your own pet care plan. We offer an estimate of all charges before our registration meeting.

• First Rate Staff:
We hire ONLY dedicated pet care professionals. We work with sitters who have practical experience in the pet care field and view their time with Luv My Sitter as part of their career path. We run an extensive screening process on all applicants. We hire pet care professionals who are fully committed to Luv My Sitter. • Safety:
For the safety of the pets in our care, Luv My Sitter offers one-on-one care. We do not offer pack walks. Additionally, Luv My Sitter is owned by a veterinary emergency and critical care Nurse who is always available should an emergency arise. We also do not use car decals or wear uniforms for advertising purposes, which may alert people to your absence.

• Experience and Educational Development:
Our experience and knowledge allows us to better understand your pet’s needs and how to best interact with them. Luv My Sitter strongly believes in continual education and constant renewal of knowledge. As such, we are always updating our expertise of animal behavior and animal care. Luv My Sitter also offers Pet First Aid Certification classes for our Pet Care Specialists.

• Technology and Convenience:
To help our business run as smoothly as possible we take advantage of all that technology has to offer We use a high-tech scheduling and database system so NO pet is ever left behind. This portal also provides convenience for our clients to book pet care, view their personal service calendar, and update their billing information and password.

• Unsurpassed Personal Service with Outstanding Communication:
We are here to provide our clients with a phenomenal pet care experience. This is done not only with top-notch pet care but also with spectacular customer service. We understand the value of open communication. You can reach the office between the hours of 9am & 6pm. We also monitor the voice mail and email in the off-hours in the case of an emergency. Additionally, our sitters send detailed updates daily and can keep you in touch with your furry loved ones and their daily adventures through photos. We also publish an ezine titled LMS Bark Report (this is currently suspended until due to a website revamp), to keep you informed on all business matters and promotions as well as provide you with educational articles about pet care.

• Follow up:
To best service our clients it is vital that we obtain feedback, so we always follow-up to receive an assessment of your Luv My Sitter experience. We highly encourage our clients to let us know what they loved about the process and what suggestions they may have.

Luv My Sitter was founded on my knowledge and passion for animals, which this is still the root of our success. All of us at Luv My Sitter make it our priority to provide your pets with as much love and attention as you would. Our purpose is to promote your pet’s health and well-being.

Who knew in home care could make such a difference. I have always boarded my dogs but the kennel had a waiting list the weekend my Dad passed away. My vet told me to call Tracy at Luv My Sitter. Tracy saved my skin! A few years back my wife and I were having Tracy stay at our house with our dogs while we attended our sons wedding in Virginia. It was during the wedding rehearsal that my troubles began. I had forgotten the rings, not in the room but at home, in my safe. I swallowed deeply tried to cover my panic. At my first opportunity I excused myself and immediately called Tracy. Fortunately, she was able to retrieve the rings from the safe, race to the Fed Ex station (despite my directions) before they closed and get them over-nighted to me. I don’t have any animals but I do use Tracy as a house sitter and let me tell you what, it has been worth every penny. This summer while we were abroad Tracy was coming by checking on my home, picking up the paper, bringing in the mail watering my plants, that sort of thing. On the fourth day of our 10 day trip Tracy noticed our automatically sprinkler was leaking water. Austin was in the midst of strict water restrictions at the time so she called me and let me know there was a problem. I told her where to find the number to the sprinkler guy and she called him and had it repaired before we returned. I can’t imagine what my water bill would have been when I go t back not to mention the fines I would have received from the city. My advice to anyone going out of town for any length time, call her! You never know what might happen.

My vet recommended Tracy to me. I have a 9 year old Samoyed, that I call Nonie who has a pretty severe seizure disorder. Before Nonie was diagnosed with her disorder I was a very active person and for awhile nothing changed. Gradually my schedule became more and more restrictive due to Nonie’s changing medication schedule. Finally when she began to needs medication for times a day I found myself planning my life around Nonie. I love her but my boss was beginning to feel my absence in the afternoon and at times when he needed me to work late. Although I hadn’t really thought much about it until then, I missed my active life too. That’s when I called Tracy. She was able to come by in the afternoon and on occasion at night to give Nonie her medication so that I didn’t have to leave work. Also with Tracy’s help I have been able to resume girl’s night out. I drink a few less drinks to pay for it but I try not to look at that as a bad thing.
